Enchanted Lorcana Cards: Rarity, Pull Rates & How to Track Them

Every Lorcana set has its grails — the Enchanted cards. If you've ever opened a pack and seen full-art foil where a normal frame should be, you know the feeling. Here's what they are, how rare they really are, and how to make sure yours are counted right.

What is an Enchanted card?

Enchanted cards are alternate-art versions of cards that already exist in the set, printed with borderless full art and a distinctive foil treatment. They're numbered above the main set — for a 204-card set, the Enchanteds start at 205 — which is why your "complete" set can still have a second checklist waiting.

Mechanically they're identical to the regular version of the card. The premium is purely collectible: art, foiling, and scarcity.

How rare are Enchanted pulls?

Ravensburger doesn't publish official pull rates. Community box-break data has generally put Enchanted cards in the neighborhood of one per one to two booster boxes, with odds varying by set and print run. In other words: opening one is an event, and most collectors buy their Enchanteds as singles rather than chasing them in packs.

Epic and Iconic variants

Newer sets added more premium tiers above the standard rarities — Epic and Iconic treatments join Enchanted as chase variants. If you're tracking a master set, each variant needs its own checkbox, because each carries its own market price.

What are Enchanted cards worth?

Enchanteds are consistently the most valuable cards in each set, commonly ranging from tens to hundreds of dollars depending on the character, the card's playability, and condition. Fan-favorite characters in Enchanted printing are the format's blue-chip cards. See the card value guide for the full breakdown of what drives prices.

Tracking variants properly

A tracker that only knows "I own this card" undercounts your collection badly — a regular copy and an Enchanted copy can differ in value by a hundred dollars. Ink Well Keeper tracks Normal, Foil, Enchanted, Epic, Iconic, and Promo variants separately:

  1. Scan your card — Enchanteds are recognized like any other card.
  2. Confirm the variant on the card entry, and attach a photo of your physical copy if you like.
  3. Your collection value and set completion update with variant-correct prices — and your top pulls show up in your collection overview.
  4. Chasing a specific Enchanted? Add it to your wishlist to watch its price.
